How to connect a WhatsApp number?

We offer several ways to connect WhatsApp to our app. Even if you don’t have a dedicated phone number yet, you can still get started easily.

Here are the different ways you can connect:

  1. Get & connect a Meta-provided number: No need to have your own WhatsApp number; you can easily get one from Meta.
  2. Connect a number already in your WhatsApp Manager: Easily link a number you have already configured in your Meta dashboard.
  3. Connect a number never used for WhatsApp: Connect a mobile number that has not been used on WhatsApp or the WhatsApp API before.
  4. Connect WhatsApp Business App: Link the WhatsApp Business App you currently use..

Can I connect multiple numbers?

Yes, you can. You can add multiple WhatsApp numbers to our app. You can connect them one by one.

Not getting AI messages?

There are serval possibilities that you may not getting AI message.

1. Your WhatsApp is being limited due to unverified business: 

Unverified businesses are limited to 5 messages per day for Meta-provided numbers, or 250 messages per day for your owned numbers. In this case you may go to your Facebook Business Manager to verify your business first.

2. Your WhatsApp is being limited due to unapproved Display Name:

3. You enabled "WhatsApp Shopping Experience" and you don't have a valid payment method configured in your WhatsApp Manager:

We do not charge message fees. However, Meta does. Once Enhance WhatsApp Shopping Experience is enabled, product showcase messages and cart messages are classified as Marketing Messages. Marketing Messages are billed directly by Meta per message (WhatsApp Message Rates). Before enabling this feature, ensure you have a Valid Payment Method in your WhatsApp Manager.

4. US Numbers can not receive Marketing Messages:

Once Enhance WhatsApp Shopping Experience is enabled, product showcase messages and cart messages are classified as Marketing Messages

As of April 1, 2025, Meta has blocked all outbound marketing messages sent from businesses to U.S. phone numbers. This restriction is intended to reduce spam and affects any message classified as a "marketing template," including promotional offers, outbound sales messages, and discounts.

Could not send messages?

1. Your WhatsApp is being limited due to unverified business:

3. You are sending messages outside of 24-hour window:

You cannot send messages outside the 24-hour window. Once the 24-hour window expires, the conversation is locked for standard messaging. 

The 24-hour window (also known as the Customer Service Window) is a specific timeframe during which a business can communicate freely with a customer on WhatsApp.

The window opens the exact moment a customer sends a message to your WhatsApp Business account.
