How to connect a mobile number that has never been used with the WhatsApp?

You have a mobile number and it has never been used with WhatsApp? That's great! It is the easy way to connect it to our app. Here’s the step-by-step process.

1. Open the app and navigate to Account > Social Connect, then click Add Account.
   
2. Then then authentication dialog will come up. Click Continue to start the authentication process.
   
3. Select an existing business portfolio or create a new one. If you have a verified business, we highly recommend choosing it for the best experience.
   
4. Select Create a WhatsApp business account. 
   
5. Fill in your basic account information.
   Important: To ensure Meta's official approval, your WhatsApp account name must closely match your registered business name. Examples: ABC Company Support, ABC Company Marketing, or simply ABC Company.
   
6. Add a phone number.
   
7. Enter your SMS verification code.
   
8. Click Confirm to connect.
