How to claim and connect a Meta-provided WhatsApp number?

No WhatsApp number? No problem. You can easily claim a Meta-provided number to get started. Here’s the step-by-step process.

Important notes:

1. Unverified businesses maybe limited to ONE Meta-provided number.
2. Until your business is verified, your account is limited to sending a maximum of 5 testing messages per day, including AI-automated messages from our app.

Step-by-step connecting guide:

1. Open the app and navigate to Account > Social Connect, then click Add Account.
   
2. Then then authentication dialog will come up. Click Continue to start the authentication process.
   
3. Select an existing business portfolio or create a new one. If you have a verified business, we highly recommend choosing it for the best experience.
   
4. Select Create a WhatsApp business account. 
   
5. Fill in your basic account information.
   Important: To ensure Meta's official approval, your WhatsApp account name must closely match your registered business name. Examples: ABC Company Support, ABC Company Marketing, or simply ABC Company.
   
6. Choose Use a display name only. By choosing this option, Meta will assign a phone number to your account.
